01What information we collect

We collect information you give us directly: your name, phone number and email address, along with relevant medical details, including dental imaging and photographs you choose to send. Medical information is collected solely for the purpose of the treatment and of coordinating it with the clinic.

Information is given to us of your own free will, usually in a WhatsApp conversation, through the form on this site or during a consultation call. There is no legal obligation to provide it, but without it we cannot coordinate treatment for you or prepare a quote.

02What we use the information for

• Booking appointments and treatment dates with the partner clinic
• Preparing an initial assessment and a quote
• Answering your enquiries and questions
• Arranging flights, the hotel and transfers
• Improving the service and the content on this site

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties without your consent, other than with the parties required to deliver the service itself: the partner clinic in Dubai, the airline and the hotel.

03Passing medical information to the clinic

DUBADENT acts as a communication channel for passing your imaging and documentation to the licensed clinic. We do not interpret or analyse the imaging ourselves. Reading the imaging and reaching a diagnosis is the responsibility of the clinic's dentists alone.

04Data security

We take reasonable security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. Access to information is limited to the team members who need it in order to deliver the service.

The form on this site does not store information on the site's server. When you press send, a WhatsApp conversation opens with the details you entered, and the information travels through the communication channel you chose.

05Cookies

This site may use cookies to improve the browsing experience and for statistical analysis of how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings without losing the ability to browse the site.

06Your rights

Under the applicable laws, including the UK GDPR and the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to see the information held about you, to ask for it to be corrected and to ask for it to be deleted.
